Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed in 7 to 10 business days.  We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible Monday - Friday (excluding holidays November 15 - January 5). 

Delivery Time

Shipping is done thru USPS and generally takes 2 - 7 days to arrive depending on your location.  USPS does not guarantee delivery times.  Please contact us if you have not received your order within 2 weeks. 

LOST MAIL (tracking shows package is still in transit longer than 14 days).

If tracking info shows that your order has not been delivered yet; after 14 days; please let us know by email or phone.  We will consider shipping out a new order/replacement. *If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order; then you would qualify for a free replacement on lost orders.  (*within 30 days of the original order date).  If you did not have Shipping Protection; then a shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply to replacement orders.

Shipping Price:  Our shipping rates for United States of America buyers vary based on size and weight. Free shipping applies to all orders over $75 (U.S. only).  Priority Shipping also available for faster delivery thru USPS.  (Priority rates do not affect production.
